Runs on the EHR
you already have.

Adentris connects to eight EHRs today, and every one of them is ready for new customers. It connects in one of four ways: the EHR's API, including FHIR; HL7 feeds; an API our AI agents build where the system has none; or the AI Web Agent, which reads the EHR's interface the way a trained reviewer would. Whichever route fits your system, clinicians keep documenting where they document now.

Connected

Eight EHRs, ready to connect.

Every system here is connected and can be switched on for a new customer. If yours is missing, read the section below the list.
How Adentris connects

Four ways in. Same review on the other side.

We use the best route each system offers and often combine them: structured data from an API or HL7, plus an agent for what those feeds do not carry. The findings, the audit trail, and the security controls are the same on every route.
01

API and FHIR

Where the EHR exposes chart data through an API, including FHIR, Adentris reads it directly. Records arrive structured, so the review runs continuously against the live census rather than on periodic exports.

02

HL7 feeds

Where your EHR or interface engine produces standard HL7 feeds, Adentris receives them. It is the route most health system IT teams already know, and it usually means a short setup with your interface team rather than a new build.

03

Agent-built API

Where a system has no API, our AI agents build one: a read-only connection that returns structured data, using your organization's own authorized access. You get the speed and structure of an API without anyone writing integration code.

04

AI Web Agent

Where information lives only on screen, the AI Web Agent reads the EHR through its interface, the same way a trained reviewer would. That includes what APIs and HL7 feeds tend to leave behind: scanned PDFs, free-text addenda, and signature blocks.

Every route uses your organization's own authorized access, runs under a signed BAA, and records every agent action in an audit trail. None of them depends on a partnership with your EHR vendor.

Connect your EHR

Tell us what you run. We confirm the route first.

Pick a system above or type your own. None of the four routes depends on a partnership with your EHR vendor, so an EHR outside this list is a scoping question, not a partnership negotiation. Sales replies within one business day with how Adentris would connect and a timeline, before anything is signed.

Security does not change with the route. All inference runs inside Microsoft Azure under a signed BAA, patient data is never sent to consumer LLM APIs, and every agent action is kept in an audit trail. Trust and security details.

Integrations FAQ

Common questions.

01 Which EHRs does Adentris work with today?

Adentris connects to Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kipu Health, Alleva, Ritten, Ease Health, and PIMSY, and each of them is ready for a new customer.

02 Do we need an IT project to connect our EHR?

Usually not. An agent-built API and the AI Web Agent need nothing built or maintained on your side. An HL7 connection uses feeds your EHR or interface engine already produces and typically needs a short setup with your interface team, and an API or FHIR connection is configured during onboarding.

03 Do you support HL7 and FHIR?

Yes. Adentris receives standard HL7 feeds from your EHR or interface engine, and reads FHIR and vendor APIs where the EHR offers them. Many deployments combine a structured route with an AI agent for the documents and fields those feeds do not carry.

04 What if our EHR has no API?

Our AI agents can build one: a read-only connection to the system that returns structured data, using your organization's own authorized access under a signed BAA, with every action in the audit trail. Where information exists only on screen, such as scanned documents, the AI Web Agent reads it directly.

05 Our EHR is not on the list. Can we still use Adentris?

Usually, yes. None of the four routes depends on a partnership with your EHR vendor, so an EHR outside this list is a scoping question rather than a partnership negotiation. Tell us what you run and we confirm the route and the timeline before anything is signed.

06 How long does it take to go live?

It depends on your EHR, how many sites you start with, and which modules you turn on, so we agree the timeline with you during scoping rather than promise one number up front. For reference, Sobrius Health went from contract to full production, with the entire compliance team onboarded, in 60 days.

07 Does patient data leave a controlled environment?

All inference runs inside Microsoft Azure under a signed BAA. Patient data is never sent to consumer LLM APIs, the architecture supports 42 CFR Part 2 programs, and every agent action is kept in an audit trail.
